Elle Fowler (born May 25, 1988) and Blair Fowler (born April 1, 1993) is a sister who posts beauty tutorials and related styles on YouTube as AllThatGlitters21 (Elle) and juicystar07 (Blair). Elle came to the world of beauty and fashion during the summer of 2008 and convinced Blair to join him. Video makeup tutorials and their clothing quickly garnered a lot of audience and increased in popularity. As of August 2017, Elle's video at AllThatGlitters21 has been viewed over 180 million times, while Blair's channel juicystar07 has received over 270 million views.
Both sisters previously posted vlogs under the monikers EllesGlitterGossip and otherjuicystar07 , allowing customers to track their daily lives outside the YouTube community. Their second YouTube channel moved from videos and videos that were purely beauty and related to fashion to other topics like health & amp; fitness, their daily musings, and other random interests.
By the end of 2015, it was announced that Blair and the female father, Scott, will be cast on The Amazing Race 28, which will be a special edition with social media figures but their season ends at Leg 7 where they are placed 7.

Elle Fowler was born Lisa Sylvia Fowler on May 25, 1988 to Dr. Scott Fowler, a doctor and Melisa Fowler. Blair Fowler was born Laura Elizabeth Fowler on April 1, 1993 in Augusta, Georgia and the youngest family Emily Kaitlin-Rose Fowler was born on October 15, 2002. After Blair's fifth birthday, the family moved from New Orleans to Kingsport, Tennessee, where Blair attended Dobyns- Bennett High School. Elle attended Miami University in Ohio where she joined Alpha Chi Omega.

YouTube career
The first sisters began posting YouTube videos in 2008. In 2010, their video received over 75 million views. They were then invited by Seventeen to offer tips and makeup advice to readers and in an interview with Good Morning America Blair mentioned that she should be homeschooling because of the bullying situation in her second year of high school- his. Both have received criticism over their transport videos that have the potential to trigger shopping addiction and the idealization of a culture of consumption and materialism, with an expert in video game addiction addiction as an example. In 2012, Fowlers hosted and was the primary judge of the failed webseries of Beauty Vlogger Boot Camp, which revolves around young men and women who aspire to be online teachers. Each episode has a competing contestant in a beauty-related challenge, with one person eliminated before the next round begins. They have also been nominated twice for Teen Choice Awards in the "Web Star" category for 2011 and 2012. They are also nominated for the 2014 Teen Choice Awards under the category "Choice Web Star-Beauty/Fashion."
Both then released a novel titled Beneath the Glitter (written by a ghost writer, as quoted at the end), with a character that should only be based on his sister. The Fowlers also released the makeup line, Skylark . This then sparked controversy when they released three sample perfumes (Skylark Memoir Fragrance Collection) while their audiences chose one of them, which would eventually be made as a full-size perfume. However, they stopped mentioning the example, which caused frustrated followers to contact the company and was told there would be no full-size fragrance, and they could get a refund. The sisters have not addressed this issue.
In October 2012 it was announced that they will be releasing shoes and handbags along with JustFab's online fashion retailer.
By 2015, Elle starts an online sticker planner shop called "Glam Planner." He created a third YouTube channel to support this business so he posts videos on a regular basis. For several years he stopped posting on his channel, but recently started again declaring that he would make the video again but did not consider it his full-time job.

Personal life
On July 3, 2015, Elle was engaged to singer and songwriter Alex Goot. He proposed on the beach, wrote the song "Unstoppable" about it, and played it during the proposal. On June 19, 2016, they were married at Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara, California. On December 21, 2017, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child in June 2018.
