Careers
YouTube
Prior to his successful channel, Olajide owned a YouTube channel (which is still online) named JideJunior, which he created on April 24, 2008. Olajide opened his current YouTube account on July 24, 2009, with a video about the FIFA franchise video games. According to his website, YouTubers like Weepeler and Hjerpseth inspired him to start his own YouTube career. His main channel was previously focused on FIFA , though he played other games like Grand Theft Auto V and other PC-based modifications in his secondary channel (KSIOlajidebtHD). His secondary channel contains videos of him playing more casual, arcade, and horror games in a manner similar to the PewDiePie comedy horseman.
KSI is the center of controversy after its action at Eurogamer event in 2012, resurrected after she appeared at the launch party of Xbox One in London.
For reasons of controversy over alleged sexual harassment against event attendees, Microsoft broke with video game commentator, and he was banned for life from Eurogamer Expo.
A message from the KSI manager stated, "Sexism is not something that he's troubled or wants to be associated with. He wants to apologize for any offense inflicted by the video 15 months ago in a short time on his YouTube channel, a reference to that since and then used by others. In recent months, he has also been actively avoiding certain content that was seen in the past and wants to be judged on the basis of great content and value he brings to brands and partners, without any controversy. "
In February 2013, KSI appeared on the "KSI VS FIFA//The Record Slam" video made by GWRomg where it broke the previous world record for 'goals scored against the computer' of 110 goals, scoring 190 goals. As a result, his name appears in the Guinness World Records Gamer Edition (2013).
In October 2013, KSI entered into a sub-network of Studio Maker, Polaris.
On October 19, he and four other game YouTubers formed a group called Ultimate Sidemen (later shortened to Sidemen only), which originally consisted of him, Ethan Payne (Behzinga), Simon Minter (Miniminter), Josh Bradley (Zerkaa), and Tobi Brown (TBJZL). The group decided to add a sixth member at Vikram Barn, known as Vikkstar123, the following month. The group then adds a seventh member, Harry Lewis (wroetoshaw or "W2S" for short), in 2014. Olatunji also collaborated with other YouTube personalities such as Callum Airey (Calfreezy) and Callum McGinley (Callux), who are colleagues from Sidemen.
After defeating Virgin Gaming co-founder Zach Zeldin in the FIFA game, KSI visited Las Vegas, where he discussed the launch of the YouTube paid channel subscription project.
In early 2017, KSI stopped uploading videos to YouTube, then released a video in July stating that she was unhappy with the direction that YouTube seemed to pass. On August 4, 2017, KSI tweeted that he would leave the Sidemen group due to an internal conflict with fellow Sidemen member Ethan Payne. Shortly afterwards, he released a number of vague videos criticizing past members of his group, most of whose members responded by themselves.
Later that month on August 15, KSI released a video in which he claimed he was deported from the United States (because he lived in Los Angeles at the time) for receiving the wrong visa, returning to the private home of the group he co-owned , but instead do not return to the group. However, the following month, he officially rejoined with Sidemen.
This led to allegations that the Sidemen group made their conflicts in order to gain views, as KSI and other Sidemen acquired a large number of views and customers while uploading their songs. Most strikingly, YouTuber Joe Weller released a bad song from his own criticism of KSI and Sidemen for faking their "Sidemen war", which caused KSI and Weller to attack each other on Twitter.
This resulted in their announcement, in an event focusing on content called Upload (which KSI and some other Sidemen members established), that they will be facing each other in a boxing match on February 3, 2018 at the Copper Box Arena in London.
During the announcement, two YouTubers verbally and physically confront each other, with KSI mocking Weller's struggle with depression. Both released a follow-up video with KSI apologizing for the remarks. In November 2017, KSI released a video discussing the issue of whether his fight with Sidemen was real or fake, with him saying that "[t] he drama is not entirely real, but not completely false as well." (See the Amateur boxing section below for information about the game.)
Music
In 2011, KSI branched into music, especially as a rapper. Beginning with fellow YouTuber Randolph, he released "Heskey Time", a rap song about Emile Heskey which was released on iTunes before Christmas 2011. The Heskey video feature is missing a variety of opportunities at FIFA. Following the success of "Heskey Time", he started performing a segment on his channel called "Football Rap Battles", a video series, where he and Randolph played characters from famous football worlds. Despite beginning with a rap featuring world footballers including Mario Balotelli and a manager like Sir Alex Ferguson, one involves KSI as himself against Robin van Persie, hitting out on a fierce transfer of van Persie from Arsenal to rivals Manchester United. He appeared in a music video with Droideka, directed and appeared in his music video for his song Get Hyper while also collaborating with British rapper Sway to release two songs with a London-born rapper.
KSI released its first single as a solo artist on March 23, 2015 titled "Lamborghini", featuring rapper P Money. The song was released under the record label Sway, Dcypha Productions. On October 29, 2015, KSI announced its debut EP titled Keep Up . The album was released on January 8, 2016 by Island Records. The title track EP, featuring Jme, was released on November 13, 2015 along with a music video released two days later. On July 29, 2016, KSI released "Friends with Benefits" featuring the Dutch band MNDM. The song was released as a single for the second EP Jump Around , which was released on October 28th. KSI released its third EP, Space, on June 30, 2017, before releasing a fourth album titled Disstracktions three months later. The latter became the second EP to occupy UK R & amp; B Albums Chart.

Amateur boxing
On 3 February 2018, KSI competed in the first white-collar amateur boxing match against fellow YouTube personality Joe Weller (KSI vs. Joe Weller) at the Copper Box Arena in Hackney Wick, London, winning the 1 minute and 30 second bout into the third round by way of knockout technical.
KSI showed respect to Weller after the struggle for being "harder, much harder than I thought," and praised him for his commitment to raising awareness about mental health problems. He then went on to call on American Internet personality Logan Paul, his brother Jake Paul, and retired soccer player Rio Ferdinand.
On the weekend of February 24, 2018, it was announced that Paul's brothers would fight against the Olatunji brothers (KSI and his younger brother Deji, also known as ComedyShortsGamer) in a boxing match, with matches divided between the relative ages (elder brother KSI vs Logan Paul in one game and his sisters Deji Olatunji vs. Jake Paul in another game).
