Mariko Takahashi Fitness Videos to Be Specified as "Ex-fat Girl" (often referred to as Doggy Fitness or Poodle Fitness ) is a short film by renowned director and commercial film director Nagi Noda who created the venue for Nike and Coca-Cola and starred by California-born Mariko Takahashi. The film is made for the Panasonic series of Ten Short Films - Capture the Motion for the 2004 Summer Olympics. The film is a word-to-word parody of Susan Powter's first practice video except the video instructor wearing a body suit gives her an appearance has a muscle shaped like a neat poodle fur. In addition, exercising with him in the video are six actors wearing dog costumes, with live dog heads actually superimposed on top of their original heads. Nagi Noda, in her artist statement, explained that she arrived at the poodle concept after realizing that the dog's haircut resembles a muscle. He believes that this concept will help the appeal of his videos to people of all ages.

The video has been circulating all over the Internet since it was displayed on the Panasonic website along with nine other short films in 2004. Perhaps contributing to its popularity, Noda never explained in the video why people in the video were dressed in dog costumes, making viewers speculate.. Many early viewers have speculated that it is somehow related to hairy fandom, although it seems more likely that this is meant to be completely real for its own sake.
