Clark Shao (September 9, 1983 - October 10, 2016) is a China-American fitness trainer from Houston Texas, diet, nutrition, & amp; a health expert who is a YouTube fitness sensation of Six pack shortcuts.

Biography
Clark Shao, born in Houston, Texas, was first attracted to physical fitness when she was 14 years old, practicing with her schoolmate Mike Chang. After reaching adulthood, and when he finds himself overweight and unhealthy, he decides to return to his youthful interest and start practicing.
Shao, who transforms bodybuilders/fitness trainers into personal trainers of Houston celebrities, at one stage Clark is the world's most subscribed coach on YouTube with nearly 4 million subscribers. He started working at some of the most famous fitness clubs as a personal trainer in the Houston area, which made him invited to practice at the hit NBC "Biggest Loser" in 2006.
He runs his own fitness center and in 2008 he became the exclusive coach of Houston Rockets Power Dancers. Clark will then become the lead coach for the SPS brand after Mike Chang retires.

Death
On October 10, 2016, Shao died of a tragic motorcycle accident while on vacation in Koh Phangan in Thailand.
Shao was killed and his girlfriend was injured, in what was reported as head in a collision with another vehicle while riding his motorcycle in the rain on a muddy road.
